DataBox has been designed to work with Google Apps, such that you could integrate it with your Google apps deployment for your domain, and you could use the existing Google apps account, user name and password for your staff for authentication. All the documents that are created using DataBox will be created in the respective users Google docs, hence the data would be always under the control of the user creating it.
This approach towards data management allows for unlimited customization and easy data entry.
